Introducing: Nova

I'd like to introduce you to one of the newest rock bands on the rise, NOVA, out of San Francisco, California. The band is currently on a nationwide tour now until November 21, 2009 so make sure you check them out if they come to a city near you!



The band consists of 5 guys, singer/songwriter Gabriel McGahee, Rob Bujak on drums, Scott Proctor on Bass, Nick Young on guitar, and songwriter/guitarist Aaron Goforth. The concept of forming the band was created in 2005 but because everyone was involved in many individual projects, it wasn't until a year ago that Nova truly formed.

Nova released their single, "Tomorrow" earlier in the year and the band released their debut album "Nepenthe" in May 2009 to stellar reviews! Since their album's release, NOVA has been touring across the United States, with headlining shows. The band has also played shows with Black Label Society, Papa Roach, and Halestorm.
