As I mentioned on the blog before, my sister, Kira went to Haiti on a mission trip in June for her birthday, as Haiti still has not recovered from the earthquake that plagued the city a few short years ago. She was so moved in Haiti that she has decided to move to Haiti this October for ten months and volunteer as a teacher! But she needs your help to do it!
If you are in New Jersey or the tri-state area and are able to attend, be sure to stop by one of the following events at Hush Salon (located inside Burlington County Mall):
September 1, 2012 10am-4pm: Hush 4 Haiti Bake Sale September 9, 2012: Blow Out Poverty - Blow-outs and men’s clipper cuts will be available to guests for a minimum donation of $25.
