Top Ten Tuesday: Top Ten Books On My Spring TBR List

It’s Top Ten Tuesday, hosted by The Broke and the Bookish. This week’s topic is Top Ten Books On My Spring TBR List. Here are the Spring 2015 Releases I Am Most Anticipating:

1. Written in the Stars by Aisha Saeed (March 24, 2015)
I’ve mentioned this book on the blog before, needless to say, this will be the first of the books on this list that I get to this Spring.

2. The Walls Around Us by Nova Ren Suma (March 24, 2015)
I’m reading 17 & Gone really slowly at the moment to just soak in Nova’s words, they’re so beautiful! I am eagerly awaiting The Walls Around Us!

3. We All Looked Up by Tommy Wallach (March 24, 2015)
A contemporary about a group of teens (high school seniors in particular) coming together as an asteroid hurtles toward Earth?! Yes, please. There’s almost nothing I love more than stories that follow the countdown to the end.

4. Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda by Becky Albertalli (April 7, 2015)
Everyone who has read an advanced copy of this book (whose book tastes I align with well) is raving about this book so I cannot wait to get my hands on this and dive right in as soon as it’s in my possession.

5. The Death Code by Lindsay Cummings (April 21, 2015)
I started reading The Murder Complex awhile ago but put it down until the release date to the sequel was closer! And the release is upon us so I can’t wait to pick up The Murder Complex again, which I am loving, just in time to pick up The Death Code!

6. A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas (May 5, 2015)
It’s written by Sarah J. Maas. So…

7. The Heir by Kiera Cass (May 5, 2015)
In case you missed my review of The Selection, you can view that here. It pretty much sums of my general feelings on the entire trilogy. I’m excited for The Heir and the upcoming novellas as well. I didn’t expect to love this series so much but I do and I can’t wait to read more. This series puts me in such a happy place.

8. Hold Me Like a Breath by Tiffany Schmidt (May 19, 2015)
Something about fairy tales and crime always intrigues me so I can’t wait to read this book and see what world and conflicts I’m going to be immersed in. It’s going to be quite a ride!

9. Made You Up by Francesca Zappia (May 19, 2015)
I’ve featured this book on the blog before as well and something tells me this is going to be one of the most important and most moving books I read all Spring. If this isn’t on your list of books to read, I highly suggest adding it.

10. More Happy Than Not by Adam Silvera (June 16, 2015)
If you’re new to this blog, I don’t read a ton of contemporary. But know this. I am literally counting down the days until the release of this book. Enough said.

What are your most anticipating this Spring?

  1. Have you read Made You Up yet? That one sounds really intriguing to me, but I've been nervous that it might be just a little too "out there." I've read a few books recently from the viewpoints of someone with mental illness, and one of them was just too weird for me! I'm definitely curious about this one, though.
